McGRAW INSURANCE HIGHWAY TO HAVASU SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules Eligibility. You must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry to qualify for the Sweepstakes. Employees of the McGraw Group (and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household), and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter or win.   Entry. The Highway to Havasu Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Pacific Daylight Time on May 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time on September 12, 2010 (the Entry Period). You may enter the contest by submitting an entry card, available at 'Highway to Havasu' McGraw Insurance sponsored events to a McGraw representative. No entries will be accepted via U.S. mail. You may also enter online at www.highwaytohavasu.com by completing an entry form. Both forms of entry require that the entrant include their first and last name, a valid email address registered to the entrant and the entrant's zip code. Limit one entry per person. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm, September 12, 2010 to be considered. All entries become the property of McGraw Insurance and will not be acknowledged or returned.   Drawings. The Winners will be selected at random from a drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winners will be required to verify their email address for delivery of documentation within two (2) days initial contact from McGraw Insurance. Potential winners will be required to sign and return a sworn Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. If required documentation is not returned within seven (7) business days of notification, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, any prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received via all entry methods combined.   Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to the IJSBA World Finals in Havasu, Arizona occurring on October 8, 2010 to October 10, 2010. The winner and guest will arrive in Havasu, Arizona on October 8, 2010 and depart Havasu Arizona on October 10, 2010. The trip includes transportation via private Aircraft (Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $15,000). Ground Transportation to and from origination airport and Havasu Aircraft(total ARV of Ground Transportation $200); Two night double occupancy stay (room fee and taxes only, incidental charges not included) at a hotel to be determined by McGraw Insurance (Total ARV of Hotel Accommodation $800). Ground Transportation to and from the hotel and race or promotional events (total ARV of Transportation $100); VIP viewing area at the IJSBA World Finals Race (total ARV of VIP viewing $200) Entrance to all McGraw Insurance promotional events ($100) TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE $16,400. Grand Prize consists of only those items specifically listed above as part of the prize. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any applicable fees, services charges, surcharges, insurance, gratuities, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize, and will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the final value of the prize.   One (1) First Prize: A 2010 Honda Shadow Phantom motorcycle. One First Prize Winner will receive a 2010 Honda Shadow Phantom motorcycle. (ARV of First Prize: $10,000). First Prize consists of only those items specifically listed above as part of the prize. First Prize winner is responsible for any applicable fees, services charges, surcharges, insurance, gratuities, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize, and will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the final value of the prize. All Federal, State and Local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of winners. Prize Conditions. No substitution for prizes or parts thereof permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of a prize or any portion thereof, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the McGraw Insurance. Prizes are provided 'as is' and without warranty of any kind. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days of issuance. Potential Grand Prize Winner's travel companion will also be required to complete a liability release that must be completed and returned along with the potential Grand Prize Winner's Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, within seven (7) days of issuance. If potential Grand Prize Winner under the age of twenty-one (21), he/she will not be able to access the some of the McGraw promotional events. No substitute event or monetary equivalent will be provided in the event the winner is under the age of twenty-one. Failure to return all required documents in the specified time period will result in the potential Grand Prize Winner being disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to McGraw Insurance as undeliverable, or if McGraw Insurance is unable to reach the potential Grand Prize Winner, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Grand Prize for any reason, or if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on the dates specified by the McGraw Insurance, Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected. By entering this Sweepstakes and accepting a Prize, each winner hereby consents (except where prohibited by law) to the use by McGraw Insurance of the winner's name, age, photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, and hometown address in any form of media worldwide, without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.   Limitation of Liability. McGraw Insurance and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or assigns are not responsible for typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; or for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or phone transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. McGraw Insurance reserves the right to cancel or modify promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by McGraw Insurance in its sole discretion. If Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason listed above, winners will be determined via a random drawing from all entries received up to the time of cancellation.   Conduct of Participation. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules. McGraw Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or who is found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, the Winner and all entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in San Mateo County, California. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO MCGRAW INSURANCE OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MCGRAW INSURANCE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.   Release of Liability. By participating, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless McGraw Insurance, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by entrants, winners, or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize or any portion thereof, or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity.   Privacy. If an email address is provided on an entry form, or by submitting an entry via text message, entrants acknowledge that he/she 1) is over the age of 18; 2) has read McGraw's privacy policy located at http://www.mcgrawgroup.com/Privacy_v3.html; and 3) is granting McGraw Insurance permission to send entrant marketing messages about McGraw Insurance promotions and products.
